Nadine Mikati, PhD, RDN, LDN

Nadine Mikati, PhD, RDN, LDN is a Clinical Assistant Professor and DPD Program Director in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida. She has been a Registered Dietitian since 2008 and holds a Ph.D. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from FIU. With a solid foundation in both academic achievement and practical experience, Dr. Mikati has made significant contributions to various academic institutions and healthcare settings throughout her career. She has served the profession in diverse roles on a state and national level where she has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of nutrition professionals. Additionally, her clinical background as a clinical nutrition manager reflects her dedication to providing evidence-based care and improving patient outcomes. With a passion for research and a focus on integrative and functional medicine, Dr. Mikati continues to be a driving force in advancing the field of nutrition and enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities alike.
